Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@turquoiseoncept.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Returns
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the package or product is defective, damaged, the shock indicator on the packaging is "RED" (applies to heavy items), or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and process the exchange or replacement.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom ordered products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please see Damages & Return section above for more information.


Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you will have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
